I entered the wrong apartment number. Is changing my address book enough?
Do not assume an address-book edit updates a submitted parcel. Identify the parcel, contact official support immediately and request confirmation of the address attached to that parcel. Whether a correction is possible depends on its current handling stage.
Identify what has already been submitted
An address saved for future use and the address used in a current parcel are different records to check. Find the parcel reference, status, requested destination and any dispatch or tracking information before making an enquiry.
If you have only prepared a draft, correct it and verify the final review screen before submission. If you already submitted a packing or shipping request, ask support whether it can be held or amended. Do not treat your request as confirmation that a change has been made.
Make the request fit the stage
The official app guide directs buyers to My Parcel for the shipment record. Use that record and the official contact channel to establish the current stage.

Keep a written result
Ask for confirmation of the final parcel destination and whether any existing label was replaced. Save the reply and inspect the updated record when available. If support says a correction is no longer possible, ask for the remaining carrier-specific options before submitting another shipment.
Send the full address only through the official private channel. Public screenshots should hide names, address lines, phone numbers and tracking barcodes.
