My order says refunded. Why can I not see it on my card?
Check where the refund was credited before checking the bank. An order refund, credit in an account balance and a withdrawal to a payment method are different events. Match the amount and reference at each step.
Reconcile three records
The official Help Center links balance, transaction and refund information. Start with your own account rather than comparing an amount in a screenshot from a different payment method.

Use community examples to identify questions
A March 2025 Reddit reply describes a refund returning to the account balance, followed by withdrawal to the original payment channel. October 2026 users also ask about withdrawing unused funds and recognizing payment identifiers. These are useful examples of the distinction, not proof of the options available for your account today.
Use the live withdrawal instructions to confirm eligibility, destination, fees and expected processing. If the displayed payment identifier is unfamiliar, ask official support before submitting; do not post payment details publicly to have strangers identify it.

Explain an amount difference line by line
Keep the refund in its original currency first. Record the requested amount, any stated deduction and the credited amount as separate fields. Only then compare the payment provider’s conversion. Two different currencies on two different dates do not form a like-for-like comparison.
For a partial refund, ask which order lines or adjustments it covers. A returned shipping overpayment is not necessarily the refund for a cancelled product. Avoid opening a second withdrawal because a first request has not yet appeared at the bank.
Ask the team responsible for the missing step
- If the order refund has no matching balance entry, ask Superbuy about that credit.
- If a withdrawal is pending, use its reference in an official support enquiry.
- If it is marked completed but the provider has no posting, ask for the transaction reference and follow the provider’s trace procedure.
- Keep payment references private and redact unrelated transactions in screenshots.
- Record any deadline given by the relevant provider; this article does not promise a universal arrival time.

Replace the brackets with your details and send through the official private channel. Keep passwords, verification codes and full payment-card details out of the message.
