I bought directly from a seller. How do I connect that shipment to my Superbuy account?
Use the current forwarding instructions and warehouse address in your own account. Keep its customer identifier intact, submit the required item information and add the domestic courier details. Your overseas delivery address belongs to a later stage.
Separate the warehouse address from the final destination
In forwarding, you arrange the purchase yourself and the seller sends it to a receiving warehouse. That inbound destination is different from the overseas address you will use when submitting an international parcel. Confirm which step you are completing before entering an address.
The official English guide describes an identification number associated with the account warehouse address. Use the live account instructions to preserve that identifier and its required field placement. Do not copy another buyer’s label or an old address from a tutorial.

Prepare one clear inbound-shipment record
If a seller splits an order into several shipments, keep each tracking number linked to its contents. Ask support how to register multiple boxes rather than assuming that one reference covers everything. The record above is an editorial checklist, not a copy of the current submission form.

Before the seller dispatches, ask what checks you need to select and whether the service can answer your question. If you bought the item yourself, also confirm who must contact the seller if an issue is found.

If delivery is recorded but the shipment is not matched
A 2026 Reddit question asks which warehouse address to enter. It illustrates why the address should come from the account rather than a public reply. The thread is not a receiving confirmation for your shipment.
For an unmatched arrival, provide official support with the domestic delivery event, forwarding reference and your item list. Explain whether the label retained the required identifier. Send a full label privately; redact addresses, identifiers and tracking barcodes before sharing screenshots publicly.
