Neither establishes the condition or authenticity of the specific item. Before authorizing a purchase, confirm the exact unit, defects, included pieces and what inspection and after-sales service will actually be available.

Read the used-item terms before committing

Superbuy’s official second-hand page warns about used-item risks and publishes no-return wording. Do not assume the general return programme for another marketplace will apply to a Xianyu purchase. Ask the agent to confirm the accepted item, current service charge and applicable limitations.

If a promised feature is essential to your decision, ask how it can be verified before purchase and what options remain if the evidence is unavailable. Receiving the correct model name is not the same as establishing its working condition.
