Reference QC is not your own inspection
A “QC reference” label on this site means that public reference photos exist in the source detail record. The record may include shared groups from another option or purchase. A preferred group is a source-admin selection, not proof that the images depict your future order.
Superbuy’s official purchasing guide describes warehouse checks and photos after an item arrives. Those order-specific photos serve a different purpose from the references you browse before ordering.

Check what is actually visible
Start by matching the product and option. Look for the selected color, included pieces and visible labels. Compare seams, print placement, hardware and obvious marks across more than one angle. If the detail you need is not visible, record that gap.
Lighting can affect color and perspective can affect apparent proportions. Photos alone do not establish fiber composition, durability, comfort or authenticity. We do not turn reference images into a quality score.
Use a focused inspection checklist
Turn a general question such as “is it good?” into a visible detail you can actually inspect. The examples below are a checking method, not a product score.
- Record which photo supports a conclusion.
- Keep lighting and perspective in mind when judging color or proportions.
- Leave material quality, durability and authenticity unresolved when the evidence does not establish them.
| Check | Look for | If unclear |
|---|---|---|
| Correct option | The product, color and included pieces you selected. | Ask which variant the image shows. |
| Visible finish | Seams, print alignment, hardware and obvious marks. | Request a clearer angle of the specific area. |
| Fit information | Relevant garment or item measurements. | State the exact measurement and reference points needed. |
| Completeness | Any included pieces visible in the listing and order. | Check the order details before assuming an accessory is included. |
Separate package dimensions from sizing
The source catalog API can provide representative measurements associated with QC records. Their weight is in grams and their dimensions are in centimeters. These are package references; they are not a shirt’s chest width, a hoodie’s sleeve length or a promise that every variant weighs the same.
A dated stock record is also not live availability. A missing size or unknown stock count should prompt a check, not an invented out-of-stock statement.
Ask a specific question
A Reddit sizing discussion shows buyers asking whether charts match actual garments. Experiences in that thread vary and cannot establish a universal conversion rule. Our recommendation is to compare relevant measurements rather than automatically sizing up.
- Which variant do these reference photos show?
- Can the feature I need to check be photographed clearly?
- For fit, can the garment be measured at the relevant points?
- Are the dimensions for the garment, its box or the full parcel?
- What action is available if my own inspection reveals a problem?

Plan the warehouse review before the deadline
Superbuy’s official site advertises 90-day warehouse storage. Check the actual deadline and current terms for each item in your account.
Use your warehouse time to resolve the important questions before arranging a parcel. Prioritize an incorrect option or a missing component over collecting extra photos that do not answer a decision. Record any seller return conditions before paying; do not assume that a storage period guarantees the same return window.
Once you have the information you need, keep the parcel plan with the item record. If you are waiting for another order to arrive, track each item’s own deadline rather than treating the whole group as if it arrived together.
