A spreadsheet item will not open or import. What should I check?
Locate the original marketplace listing and identify the error first. A deleted product, a link-import failure and a purchase restriction need different responses. Use the official enquiry or DIY entry only after confirming the item is eligible.
Find which link has failed
A directory card, an agent order page and the original seller listing can have different URLs. Save the page you started from and the final address you reached. If a shared message contains extra text, identify the actual product link before pasting it into the official site.
Keep the marketplace item ID, seller name and intended option together. An image that looks similar is not enough to establish that a replacement URL is the same product.

Use the official enquiry route deliberately
The official homepage offers product-link search and a DIY Orders entry. An entry being available does not mean every product can be purchased. If you need a manual request, obtain the original listing, current price, selected options and quantity first; do not guess fields just to make a form submit.

Why an old workaround needs a fresh check
A December 2023 Reddit discussion describes a product-information import error. The indexed discussion suggests a manual form, but that is historical troubleshooting context. It does not confirm the present availability of an item or override a restriction.
If the original listing is gone, pause the purchase until the source is confirmed. Repeatedly switching agents or shortening the URL will not establish what the seller is actually offering.

Send enough information for one useful answer
- The original seller URL and marketplace item ID.
- The Superbuy URL or screen where the error appears.
- The exact error text, date and whether it occurs in the app or website.
- The intended color, size, quantity and current displayed price.
- A screenshot with personal account and payment details removed.

Replace the brackets with your details and send through the official private channel. Keep passwords, verification codes and full payment-card details out of the message.
