Start with a shortlist, not an order
A spreadsheet is a discovery aid. It can tell you where a product was listed and what was recorded about it. It cannot guarantee that the product is still available, suitable for your destination, authentic or consistent with a photograph.
On this site, browse a category and compare the selected pieces and their CNY references. Use the approximate USD figures for orientation. Save the names of a few candidates before opening their details in the Superbuy Spreadsheet catalog.
Give each candidate a small record
Before opening more tabs, write down the details that make two candidates comparable. Keep the selected option with the price: a link without its color, size or quantity can be difficult to interpret later.
| Record | What makes it useful |
|---|---|
| Product and destination | Save the exact Superbuy Spreadsheet product detail, not only the catalog homepage. |
| Selected option | Record the color, variant and quantity you are considering. |
| Item price | Keep the CNY reference and the date it was checked. |
| Fit information | Save the relevant seller chart or the dimensions you still need. |
| Evidence gaps | Note missing pictures, measurements or terms instead of filling them with assumptions. |
Check your Superbuy Spreadsheet product link
Our product links open the matching Superbuy Spreadsheet product detail in a new tab. Confirm the title, selected color or option, available size information and current price. Where a record has public QC reference photos, check which option the pictures show.
The recorded size list is not a sizing recommendation. Compare the seller’s garment chart with something that already fits. A warehouse package length or width is not a garment measurement. Missing information should remain unknown rather than becoming a guess.
Understand where purchasing happens
Superbuy’s official guide describes submitting a product link, choosing options and paying for the item and local delivery. It then describes warehouse inspection, storage and a separate parcel submission step. Use the current official instructions for your actual order.
This site does not take payment or submit orders. The Superbuy Spreadsheet catalog is the next place to inspect a candidate; confirm any available purchasing route there. A link in our directory does not establish that Superbuy will accept a particular product.

Make the handoff to purchasing deliberate
A discovery list and an order record answer different questions. The first helps you choose what to inspect. The second needs the exact item and option you are willing to pay for.
Before committing, compare the current detail with the notes you saved. If the option or price differs, update your record rather than assuming the earlier reference still applies. For any unclear purchasing step, consult the current official instructions.

A quick check before committing
A Reddit question about spreadsheets illustrates a common confusion between discovery lists and the agent’s service. It is a community discussion, not an official policy source. Our own status is straightforward: this directory is independent of Superbuy.
- Have I checked the current product and selected option?
- Do I have dimensions relevant to the item, rather than its packaging?
- Are any QC references actually relevant to my chosen variant?
- Have I allowed for delivery, service charges and applicable import costs?
- Have I checked return conditions and purchase restrictions?
